PCL ENTERPRISES<1010> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of PCL Enterprises 
Holdings Limited has been changed to "PacMOS Technologies Holdings 
Limited".  Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock 
code: 1010) will also be changed to "PACMOS TECH" with effect from Monday, 
6/8/2001.
